I was on Studio 512 this month (TWICE)!

Hey! Whew, we're already at the end of February. I don't know where time is going, but it's certainly not slowing down. So much has happened in this short month. We've launched a men's collection, we tried Valentine gift bundles for the first time, AND we finished our workshop space and hosted our first workshops. But perhaps the most exciting was being featured on KXAN's Studio 512—twice in one month.

The first time was by complete surprise. Lindsey Pinchuk is an award-winning entrepreneur and business consultant. As part of her Black History Month Spotlight on black-owned small businesses, Lindsey gave a shoutout to New Origin Shop during her appearance on Studio 512. Check out the video below (we're around the 3:00 mark).

The second time was an actual live interview between the hosts and me (eep)! Luckily, the hosts, Rosie and Stephanie, were so inviting and sweet that I was able to shake off my stage fright. We talked through my background and some of my favorite makers right now. You can see the full interview below or check out the article on Studio 512's website.
