Can I include a gift note?
Yes! We include a personalized thank you note in each order. Add your personalized message in the notes section at checkout and we'll include it.
Do you do custom orders?
Not at this time for handcrafted New Origin Shop brand items. For special orders, bulk orders, etc we'd love to hear from you! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org

What is your shipping policy?
*note on heat, some products may experience slight change due to extreme heat during shipping.
All items will ship in 3-7 business days (T-F) unless otherwise stated. Domestic orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking information will be provided once shipped.
Have special shipping instructions ? Please leave a note in the "Notes" section in your cart before you click "Checkout." We will do our best to accommodate you.
International Orders please contact us for order and shipping quote.
Import Duties and Taxes may accrue according to your country's import tax policies. We are not responsible nor assist with these additional fees. You will be required to pay.
If you do not pay these taxes, your items may be destroyed and you will still be liable for these payments.
We are not responsible for lost, missing or wrong address packages once delivered to the mail carrier.

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6 pm, Sunday 12-6 pm
We're excited to begin offering local delivery for our Austin customers (up tp 20 miles from our office, please send us an email if your in Austin but outside of this range.) Deliveries will occur on each Saturday of the week your order was placed. Please check the individual processing times for each product, your order may not be available for same week delivery.
Delivery will occur between 10am and 4pm each Saturday. You will receive a notification once your item has been delivered. Please ensure your location is suitable for packages. Please include ALL necessary information needed for delivery (gate codes, helpful directions etc.) We reserve the right to postpone delivery until the next delivery day if location is inaccessible.
If you're interested in local delivery during the week please contact/email us first for confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery.
What about customs and import taxes outside of the U.S.?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
Thank you for supporting our small business. Due to the nature of our products and production all sales are final. Please contact us if your item is damaged, we will work to replace it. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address, unable to deliver or general "return to sender" instance will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address or "return to sender" notice.
Our shop will cover reshipping charges if we are responsible for shipping errors.
For approved exchanges return labels will be provided via email only. Postage will be provided for the original packaging sent only. Print your label and drop your package off at the nearest UPS or USPS location. (please check your delivery carrier).
Clothing returns/ exchanges
Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a clothing return/exchange within 7 days of item delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging before return is approved.
We are unable to offer an exchange on returned items, returned items will be issued credit via gift card once they've been received on our end.
If you need a different size or color you'll need to place a new order.
Buyer will incur cost of shipping for return/exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Details of store credit (gift card) will be emailed, gift cards can be redeemed online, we do not issue refunds.
We hold the right to deny store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
