Do you do custom orders?

What is your shipping policy?


All items will ship in 1-5 business days (M-F) unless otherwise stated. Domestic orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Have special shipping instructions ? Please leave a note in the "Notes" section in your cart before you click "Checkout." We will do our best to accommodate you.

International Orders please contact us for order and shipping quote. 


What about customs and import taxes outside of the U.S.?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

Thank you for supporting our small business. Due to the nature of our products and production all sales are final. Please contact us if your item is damaged, we will work to replace it. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Clothing exchanges

Please contact us at neworiginshop@gmail.com to initiate a clothing exchange. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging before exchange is approved. 

If replacement is out of stock credit will be applied to an alternative item or issued in form of  gift card.

Buyer will incur cost of shipping for  exchange.
