Shipping policy

 

Shipping can be a hassle, we get it. To make things easier we cover a portion of the fees and cover the rest via a  flat rate. All items will ship in 2-7business days (M-F) unless otherwise stated. Domestic orders will ship via USPS or UPS  tracking information will be provided once shipped.

Have special shipping instructions? Please leave a note in the "Notes" section in your cart before you click "Checkout." We will do our best to accommodate you.

International Orders please contact us for order and shipping quote. 

Import Duties and Taxes may accrue according to your country's import tax policies. We are not responsible nor assist with these additional fees. You will be required to pay.

If you do not pay these taxes, your items may be destroyed and you will still be liable for these payments.

We are not responsible for lost, missing or wrong address packages once delivered to the mail carrier. 

 

Returned or Non Deliverable Packages

Any items returned to us due to an incorrect address, unable to deliver or general "return to sender" instance will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address or "return to sender" notice. 

Our shop will cover reshipping charges if we are responsible for shipping errors.

Liability

New Origin Shop is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. In the event of damaged, lost, or delayed packages, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping service provider. All shipping labels include insurance, and customers should follow the carrier’s process for resolving any issues with their shipment.

Local Delivery

We're excited to relaunch local delivery for our customers. We'll be starting with delivery in designated zip codes. Please send us an email if you are interested in this service but outside of this range. Minimum delivery order of $20. Deliveries will be made within a 48-hour window from receipt of your order. Please check the individual processing times for each product, your order may not be available for same-week delivery. Delivery will occur between 10 am and 8 pm each day. Please note all deliveries will be contactless.

You will receive a notification once your item has been delivered. Please ensure your location is suitable for packages. Please include ALL necessary information needed for delivery (gate codes, helpful directions, etc.) We reserve the right to postpone delivery until the next delivery day if the location is inaccessible. 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery. Delivery charges are non-refundable ;)
